These are the photos I took on the Study Abroad and Exchange Office organized field trip to Manly/Shelly Beach.

These are rather interesting driveways to be found in Manly, a subrub of Sydney which has Manly and Shelly Beaches, as well as some others I'm sure. 

This is an interesting rock formation, I think of limestone, on the bluff near Shelly Beach. The entire Sydney Basin is underlain by limestone. 

This, and the next 6 photos, show a panorama of the Manly area beginning with Shelly Beach.

This is a photo of 2 distant beaches from the rocks close to Shelly Beach. It is quite typical in Sydney for every cove to have its beach and there are a great deal in and around Sydney. 

After scaling the bluff, this is what greeted us. This is the entrance of the International College of Tourism and Hotel Management (ICTHM).

This is the local band that played for us at the event. They were pretty good, especially with their improvization of "Sweet Home Alabama". It was the guy with the red guitar who sang it as the band's lead singer. 

This is a magpie, a bird which is quite common in the Sydney area. 

This is the first of a series of 6 photos of various people limboing, or attempting to do so. The guy in the blue shirt ended up winning the competition.

This is a sticker for a Sydney radio station. I think my brother will especially enjoy it. 

This is just another shot of the band. 

This is the vista from the top of the bluff upon which the ICTHM is located. 

These are the students who participated in the activities that day. 

This is the back of the ICTHM building. The neo-gothic element is clearly visible. I think I heard somone saying that it looked like Hogwart's Academy.
